Hi Daniel,
First thank you very much for sharing this great software with us.
Now, my problem: I've received a point cloud in LAS format that has an outlier that I want to delete. To do that I've performed the following (not knowing if there's a more simple method) to identify and delete it:
1) Segment
2) Polygonal Selection
3) Segment Out
4) Confirm
5) Save (into a new file)
This works fine, however, when I open the saved LAS file, the classification codes are gone.
Please explain.
Kind regards,

Classification codes lost
Re: Classification codes lost
Hum, in fact CC loads the LAS file classification field as a standard scalar field (there's no equivalent of classifications in CC structures).
Then it simply "forgets" that this scalar field was a classification. We could use the scalar field name to detect that it (may) be a classification and ask the user to confirm this.
I'll try to add this in the next release.
Best

Ok, the last online version (09/22/2012) should fix this issue.
