Missing top menu bar and click button is off by few pixels for touchscreen laptop

I wonder if ever other people than me experiencing this when opening the software in Dell laptop (touch screen). The top menu bar is missing and the button only can be clicked by few pixels off than actual button. I tested the software using my other laptop (non touch screen) and its working fine. My friend who has yoga 10 (touch screen) is also having same issue. Do anyone has the solution to let top bar menu back? Thank you
