Re: Small bugs in the latest release

My mistake ! With the new installer I forgot to change the settings of the gpu. With the previous version, I was just overwriting the old ones and didn't need to change anything.

Re: Small bugs in the latest release

Another bug :
. the EDL filter gives incorrect results (i.e. black points, as if there was no light at all).

Small bugs in the latest release

Hi Daniel, great release ! A few minor things after a quick first try: . When you move the mouse on the top left corner of the 3D view, you have the "change point size" message appearing, but it dissapears the moment you want to click on +. You can actually press '-' but it does not decrea...

Re: [Done] A trivial but useful request

Thanks Daniel, that's going to be extremely useful. Another non-urgent request : I should have thought of this earlier when requesting stuff for the grid projection function, but this may be useful for users working on several multi-temporal datasets of the same site or object. objective : project d...

[Done] A trivial but useful request

Hi Daniel, in the height grid generation procedure, would it possible to add an option creating an additional scalar field (to the new cloud) with the number of points of the original cloud that were in the projected pixel ? For scenes with the appropriate configuration, this offers a very simple wa...

Re: A new software for classification of 3D point clouds

Hi, thanks for the appreciation. It was really a team work with Nicolas Brodu bringing in his expertise in applied math and code development, and me just bringing in ideas about multiscale analysis of 3D features (and the scientific needs !). Unfortunately, my level of programming in the context of ...

Re: Different point size for different clouds

Thanks Daniel.

Variable point size per point would be extremely cool ! (as would be arrows oriented towards the normal (or a 3D displacement field) with size and color calculated from a scalar... ;-))

[Done] Different point size for different clouds

Hi Daniel,

any progress on the possibility to have different point size for different point clouds on the same view ? That would be very, very useful ;-)

Cheers

[Done] Two ideas

Hi Daniel, two ideas : . possibility to extract data from a point cloud according to one of the coordinate. Example : you open the min-max scalar filter menu, and you add three tick boxes for X, Y and Z (only one at a time can be ticked) and the range of values you choose for the min-max apply to th...
