Ok here is the file. I could't past it in a massage because the many words it says. So i attached it. I had to give it an extension otherwise i couldn't attach it. Yes, it could't open it. Its also a shame that i don't know what the extension it has to be... tired several extensions and no luck. Im on a Mac i can send it if someone have other software on a PC or water to tried if he can open it..

I bought my glass cube with my face in it. I also got the 3d file and i think its a point cloud file. The man said its a *.cad file. Because it has no extention i can't open it in a 3d program. I try several extentions with no luck. I opend the file in a text program a saw this 0 31 8 0 '' 0 591 ZKO...
