PLY to FBX point cloud?

Hi all,

I'm trying to convert a PLY point cloud to an FBX point cloud using the command line. I just realized, that there is no FBX option for -C_EXPORT_FMT. I only see FBX options for meshes.

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to perform this conversion?

I don't think FBX files support point clouds, do they?
