How to export/create a ortoimage

i would like to know if is possible to export a ortoimage (metric) with a point cloud..

You can use the 'Rasterize' tool to create a scaled geotiff image. Otherwise you can also use the 'Display > Adust zoom' method and then the 'Display > Render to file' one to get an image with a known scale per pixel. Mind that you can first change the background color, etc.
