Assign RGB from multiple scalar fields

Hi there,
I have pointclouds that are generated from a multispectral camera rig, and hence have 5 scalar fields per point. I would like to play around with (1) assigning different scalar fields to the R, G, and B display bands, and (2) would also like to generate indexes from combinations of the scalar fields (e.g. (SF5-SF3)/(SF5+SF3)). Is there any way to do these 2 things inside CC? For #1, I don't see a way of assigning different fields to the RGB display bands apart from the initial import dialog.

Indeed, for (1) there's no other way than tricking the loading dialog...
