Is it possible to find the rock mass rating in CloudCompare?

Not sure what it is personally so I'm not sure ;) (but I would say "no" by default?)

It's not something that's built in, but you can estimate some RMR parameters using the compass plugin, for example, to find out how many discontinuity sets you have, and maybe get an idea of the joint spacing. But there are some automated tools besides CC out there being developed that will perform those steps automatically. I believe it's possible but not necessarily straightforward to measure joint roughness from a point cloud. Obviously, however, you can't estimate groundwater flow or rock strength using a point cloud. :)

Another example: Some recent works (e.g. https://www.onepetro.org/conference-pap ... -2019-2057) calculated volumetric joint count from a point cloud and used some correlations to estimate an RMR or GSI value.
