Remove global coordinates from pointclouds

Ok, it was with an E57 file, sorry, I thought it was a LAS file!

And yes, now I can reproduce the bug :D

Well, generally it would be an update of the beta version, but since here I was just about to release version 2.11.1, I'll just add those bug fixes to the release!

Ok, hopefully the freshly release 2.11.1 version (online) should fix both issues! The ignored Global shift and the 'Apply all' functionality ;)
