Target Accuracy Calculation

Hello! I'm new here and I wanna ask a question. I have 2 point cloud data captured with UAV in the same location. One of them is a very high definition data which is 18 million points. So how can I calculate the target accuracy between that 2 point clouds? How can I generate a point cloud that has ±10cm target accuracy from that 2 point clouds?

Well, the density is not necessary linked to accuracy. Do you have more confidence in the high def cloud for another reason maybe?

Then you can align one cloud with the other (ideally with targets, but you can also rely on particular features that you can reliably pick in both clouds) so as to improve the accuracy of the cloud with the lowest accuracy.

Thank Daniel for replying me. All I have is only the high def one and the low def one. I did try to align that 2 point clouds using point pairs picking and ICP tools but I have no idea what it's going to help me related to "target accuracy ±10cm". Furthermore, I also tried with C2C and M3C2 tools but I dun think I know what I'm doing.
