nxlib library file not found

When I compile my own plugins, the plugins generated in the build directory after make do not need the nxlib library,

but the plugins generated after make install need the nxlib library,

why is this?

Can you tell me how to hold this library?

But I don't know why I can run it directly after make, but I need this library after make install?
