One thing I realized is that it works when the mouse cursor is on one screen at the time CC window appears, and not on the other screen. Like, if you click on CC's icon and move the mouse cursor directly on the other screen, then CC freezes.

Can you try to click on CC's icon and then make sure the mouse cursor remains on one screen until the window appears? (you'll have to test the 2 screens this way). And tell me if it works at least on one side?

(on my side, with the latest NVidia drivers it seems I don't have this issue anymore!)
