M3C2 limit of detection

Post by boocaj »

Hi,

According to what I understand of figure 10 in Lague et. al (2013) (*see ref below), 3 scalar fields should result of the M3C2 pluggin output : level of change detection (LOD) at 95%, significant change and measured change (see attach picture). But in reality, my outputs are: M3C2 distance, distance uncertainty and significant change. So I am wondering if there is any way to add the "Level of change detection at 95%" in my M3C2 outputs (like on the attach figure)? If not, is my "significant change" scalar field based on a local LOD of 95% (like on the attach figure)?

Thank you!

Yes, the distance uncertainty is based on LOD95%:

And the 'significant change' scalar value is also derived from it.
