I don't see any cloud in this file...

And you should not be able to merge polylines (at least the 2.13.1 version won't allow for that, and for good reasons ;).

ayes they are vertices of polyline not standalone pc
Sometimes, I need to merge vertices of 2 polylines into new pc, so at leat CC should merge them or give a proper message not just crash

Ok, so I guess it crashes because it tries to remove the vertices after merging them. We should fix this.

For now, you should simply clone the 2 sets of vertices before merging them.
