Navigation Reverses

It is possible that I don't understand what is happening and I don't know how to reset this issue.

When I am in 'Viewer Based Perspective' and panning around, I sometimes use "Bubble View" to do point picking and take measurements. I also navigate around in 'Bubble View' using the right mouse button. If I exit 'Bubble View' to 'Orthographic Projection', all of the navigation controls are reversed.

I also have a 3D Spacemouse, but his happened with or without using it.

Hum, that's weird. Is it because it goes back to 'centered perspective' or 'viewer-based perspective' instead of the opposite? (you can play with F3 and F4 to change that).
