Issues with measuring volume

Hi, I have been struggling for the past two months trying to work this out. I have 1 meter quadrats that I have scans of and I want to measure the volume of wood found within these quadrats. I have segmented, sampled points, done the octree and the works but nothing is successful. Is there anything I may be doing wrong?

Have you tried with the '2.5D Volume Calculation' tool?

I have tried that, but wondering if my area of data collection is too small. Will send you an email, my files were too large to attach.
