Bug with Save option after open saved project

Hi!
First of all I want to thank for this software - is amazing!

I think I find a small bug.
My problem is when I open a earlier saved project .bin, I can't Save it again without any small changes. Why I want to save project without changes again? So I want to save this project not in .bin file but in .obj or .stl
Maybe I can't file some option like 'Export' or something like that?

Anyway I really love this OS software, forum and community so I decided to write a post about it.

Sorry, I'm not sure to understand. Do you mean that the change happens when you save the entity to a new .bin file?

And what 'change' are you observing?
