CloudCompare connect to Arc GIS

Dear CloudCompare Team,

i have following Problem:

How could a mesh export so that I get it into Arc GIS from Cloud Compare.
I tried with DXF. Format but without success.
Is there a way the data (+ RGB_Info) to get to the Arc GIS?

Personally I don't know much about ArcGIS.

What kind of 'TIN' formats can it import?
