point rotation center is not accurate

When zoomed in on a point cloud, the point picker tool becomes inaccurate. Its often picks a point that is off by at least 100 or more meters from where I actually clicked. I just downloaded the latest CC version for Mac (10.10.5).

This looks like the same issue as https://github.com/cloudcompare/trunk/issues/223.

Let's hope the next Mac OS version will fix this!
