translation/rotation tool

I can do translation of point cloud by using translate/rotate tool.
I can use no translation in X
no translation in Y
no translation in Z
rotation only X/Y/Z/XYZ.
How can do translation only and no rotation of cloud.

As long as you only use the right button (and never the left button) no rotation should be applied, isn't it?

You are right. But I was wondering if it can be locked through dialogue box.
