can you explain for me what is meant by leveling and how we can achieve it ? based on what point placement would be ?

Well, the Level tool (http://www.cloudcompare.org/doc/wiki/in ... itle=Level) is very simple: just click 3 points, and the entity will be rotated so that the plane defined by these 3 points becomes horizontal.

Internally, I think the first two points will define the X axis, and the third point is used to compute the Z axis (normal to the plane).
