Unroll a cone

Hello,

can someone explain the parameters for unrolling a cone?

In my opinion the result has to be similar to a circle, unfortunately I can not get to this result.....

In fact the 'unroll cone' feature has been implemented long ago (for an archeological project) to actually unroll a (truncated) cone as if it was a sheet of paper. So you get a kind of rectangular area as output.
