Can CC display a Mesh like this?

Well... yes? What's so particular about this mesh?

Do you think about the elevation-based color? If yes, then you can either use the 'Edit > Color > Color ramp' tool, or the 'Edit > Scalar fields > Export coordinate to SF' tool.

Sorry,I didn't say clearly.In fact I use the 'edit->mesh->Delaunay 2D'.But I can't see the word at the surface of the scan data.
But the other 3D program can show the word like below:

Then it's an issue with the light parameters.

Either you can tinker with the 'Display Parameters' (http://www.cloudcompare.org/doc/wiki/in ... y_settings), especially the 'Ambient', 'Specular' and 'Diffuse' components in the 'Colors and materials' section (especially, I think you can remove the specular component - set it to black.

Otherwise, and maybe more simply, you could disable the mesh normals (in the mesh properties) and activate the 'EDL' shader (qEDL: http://www.cloudcompare.org/doc/wiki/in ... lugin_qEDL).
