Batch fls to e57

Hi all,
I looking for to know to batch folder contain 100 fls files to an other folder in e57 structured ?

In theory it would be possible with the command line tool. However currently CC doesn't output indexed / structured E57 files.

Just wondering if there is any update for this thread since its been a few years.
I'm looking for a way (batch file or API programming) to convert Faro FLS files to Ordered E57 files.
