Render to File only renders segment of the cloud to image

Hi, I'm trying to render a PointCloud to image and when using 'render to file' i'm getting an image but only a small segment of the point cloud. does anyone know how to reset this so that it the software renders the view that I'm seeing on the screen?

That's a bit strange. What version are you using? Or do you have a Retina display maybe?

I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012). I use to render to file and it worked fine before switching to OS X sierra and the new CC versions. What issue is there with the Retina?
