Building Extraction using Cloud Compare

Hello,
I want to extract only building structures from 3D point cloud data, i'm very new to this subject and software. Will i be able to extract buildings using the existing functionalities in CC or will i have to code? If possible could anyone tell me briefly the steps involved so that i can efficiently extract building structures from my data set. I'm planning to use ISPRS Data set.
