point cloud denoising and smoothing

Hi,
I have a .ply file with only vertices, I know that in CC 'Tools > Clean > Remove noise' can denosing. Is there a tool for point cloud smoothing in CC? Thanks a lot!

Not really... Maybe the MLS filter of the qPCL plugin?
