System Requirements?

Is there any system recommendations for CloudCompare? Mostly I ask is for when exporting to a DXF file, it takes forever. I am not sure if a better CPU or GPU would be the solution or if its the amount of information that is trying to be exported. The files end up being 300MB+ and it takes an hour or more. We are currently using the program on laptops with i7's and anything from a GTX 960M to a mobile GTX 1650, which it works fine for viewing but again, not for exporting.

Well, the problem might be more on the DXF file side. This file format is very 'large' and very bad for storing points. Writing (or reading) points to/from a DXF file takes ages. It shouldn't be used to transfer more than a few thousand points...
