Hello,

I'm trying to export a cliff model point cloud from Agisoft Photoscan to CloudCompare for georeferencing. The problem is, after exporting it to CC, some chunks are missing because I've placed a Ground Control Point(GCP) marker on the cliff when taking the photo with UAV and one GCP are missing in CC while it looks perfect in Photoscan (all GCP are present). I've tride .las and .ply format. Anybody got the idea what went wrong? Thanks before.

I am sorry for late response

So here's a picture of how the model should looks like in Photoscan

And here is how to point cloud looks like when i export it CC with "Local Coordinates" options (in .las, .laz, and .ply format, basically they show a same preview)

As you can see there is some chunks missing in CC model.
Is there any steps wrong when exporting or something? I red about the "Shift" option but I can't get the idea how to work with it

Hum, I would assume the issue is indeed around the export from Photoscan... because there's no reason why CC would 'miss' such a large part from the file.
