Hi.
I'm new on cloud compare.So;
- I imported a point cloud (*.pts / 308,532,289 points)
- compute normal (triangulation / orientation / use minimum... kn=6)
It shows [ResolvedNormalsWithMST] Patches = number / Inversion:0 . Is this usual output?
- plugin / Poisson (Octree depth: 8 / output density as SF)
I repeat this workflow with different option each time but the results show always Empty mesh. What is wrong?!!
[ccMesh::computePerVertexNormals] Empty mesh!
Empty mesh!
Empty mesh!

Re: Empty mesh!
Is it because it's the macOS version and it doesn't support triangulation? (because CGAL does not work well with this version).
Can you try another local model? I guess the Plane fit mode should be sufficient on such a large cloud.
