Version 2.11.3 - where to find?

Hi! Im looking for version 2.11.3 of CloudCompare and I wonder if anyone here knows where it can be found? This is needed for running a plugin to open files scanned with the Zappcha lidar app for Iphone, the plugin seems to only run on this version.

This is the only app that I have found that can do very large scans, but if anyone has any tip on other apps that can handle scanning large areas withouth crashing then that would also be greatly appreciated!
