Mesh raster floating!!

When creating a raster mesh of a classified ground profile the raster is created flat and floating above the ground!!?? Any ideas of why?

Can you show us some captures of the Rasterize tool view and of the resulting mesh?

Solved. Changed parameters in dialog box. All good now. Thanks
