You have to duplicate one of the dummy plugins: https://github.com/CloudCompare/CloudCo ... mplePlugin
And move it to /plugins/core/Standard.
Then open the files and follow the instructions (basically you need to replace everywhere you see 'Dummy' by your plugin name).
And at last, you can activate your plugin in CMake, and of course also add the code of you plugin where it's suggested.
And you can look at the other existing plugins to have examples of how things work!
