Can I set my camera in a constant speed?
(I mean when the camera pass through the same length, It will spend the same time.)

Thank you so much!

you can set the duration of every steps in the render dialog.
choose the view point and set the duration.

In animation child window ,How to use ctrl + A to select all viewports to assign i.e. 2 sec for all?
---
In alpha version during selecting views , and zooming-in part of the mesh disappears
when segment mesh then clicking (zoom and center selected entity ) ,mesh disappears (bug)?

That's not possible currently.
But you can change the overall duration of the animation, and it will change all steps in a proportional way I believe.

And for the bug report, I'm not sure to understand? Does it do this with any mesh on your side? Are you using the latest version?
