This tool is accessible via the 'Edit > Cloud > Paste from clipboard' menu, or via the CTRL+P shortcut.

Description

This tool allows to create a point cloud from the contents of the clipboard.

Prior to call this tool, the user should copy (CTRL+C) the data in the clipboard. CloudCompare expects something similar to what is contained in a text/ASCII file (= values arranged in columns).

The tool is equivalent to loading an ASCII file, and will display the same interface to select the role for each column.
